Can you help if my artwork isn’t ready?
Yes. Select the option that best describes your file, or choose “I’m not sure yet.” We’ll review what you have and include any necessary design or preparation work in your quote.
How does quantity affect pricing?
Setup and production needs vary with each project. Include your approximate quantity so we can quote the work accurately. If you’re considering several quantities, mention them in your project details.
Can I supply the items to be engraved?
Tell us what you have, including the material and a photo or product link if available. We’ll confirm whether the item is suitable before agreeing to the project.
What if I have a deadline?
Include your requested date when you contact us. We’ll confirm availability and timing after reviewing the project, quantity, and any design work needed.
