🛠️ Holster & Gear Fitment
Q: How do I know if your holster will fit my gun/light setup?
A: Every holster listing includes detailed compatibility. If your weapon or light isn’t listed, it’s not supported. Fitment for threaded barrels (TB), optics (OM), and suppressor-height sights is included where applicable. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your exact setup before ordering.
Q: Are your holsters optic-ready by default?
A: Yes. All holsters are built to accommodate optics at no extra charge. We also don’t charge more for light-bearing models.
Q: What thickness material do you use?
A: All holsters are made from .080" Kydex or Boltaron unless stated otherwise. Our Multimount line is built with .093" material by default. You can also upgrade most models to .093".
📦 Orders & Lead Time
Q: What’s your turnaround time?
A: Most orders ship in 2–5 business days. Large volume or agency orders may take longer—we’ll contact you directly with an updated lead time if that’s the case.
Q: Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit?
A: If we sent the wrong item, we’ll replace it—no hoops to jump through. If you ordered the wrong item or just don’t like it, returns are on you.
🧰 Product Support
Q: Why is thread locker offered but not supplied with every product?
A: Most users adjust retention or attachment orientation after setup to fit their personal preferences. If we pre-applied thread locker, you'd be locked into the factory configuration.
That said, we offer it as an add-on for convenience. If you choose not to use it, check your hardware at least weekly to make sure everything stays tight. A little thread locker goes a long way once you're dialed in.
🔒 Custom Orders
Q: Do you offer full custom holsters?
A: Yes. Full custom builds start at $100. Final price depends on complexity, attachments, specialty prints, and hardware needs.
Q: Can you make a custom knife sheath?
A: Yes. We can make sheaths for knives up to 10" blade length. You’ll need to ship the knife to us. A clear photo beforehand will help us give you a rough pricing estimate. Final pricing varies based on design and retention requirements.
Q: What if I want to send in my gear for a custom build?
A: That’s an option—but you’ll need to sign a release of liability. We heat material to over 400°F and press it under force. If that makes you hesitate, this route isn’t for you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by location.
Q: Where’s my tracking number?
A: You’ll get it by email once your order ships. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t heard from us, feel free to follow up.
